Request: Updated Windows VST build (.dll) for Equalizer APO

Hi,

I am trying to set up DeepFilterNet with Equalizer APO on Windows 11 to filter background noise (washing machine, breathing, etc.).

I tried to find the libDeepFilterNet.dll VST file, but I am running into issues:

1. The build artifacts in the "Actions" tab seem to be expired or unavailable.
2. The links in Issue Compile a VST plugin for Windows #348 are quite old or difficult to locate.

Could someone please share a fresh download link for the compiled Windows VST (libDeepFilterNet)?
