[BUG] Sprite Inconsistencies & missing files in TFT Data Dragon

Bug Description
While the LoL side in data dragons has always been really reliable, the Tft part is broken at many places.

Problem Description
Here is a (probably non exhaustive) list of issues i have spotted:

• tft-trait.json is referencing non existing sprites (example: ...{"full":"Trait_Icon_15_SecretTechnique.TFT_Set15.png","sprite":"tft-trait6.png"..., only sprites tft-trait0-4.png exist in Data Dragon
• tft-champion.json coordinates for some champions are wrong (example: ...{"full":"TFT16_Briar_splash_centered_0.TFT_Set16.png","sprite":"tft-champion3.png","group":"tft-champion","x":96,"y":96,"w":48,"h":48} while 96, 96 correspond to Draven in sprite tft-champion3.png)
• Missing image & data for tft16_atakhan
