I'm sorry, this is not a issue. I don't know if the maintainer still active or not.
I've made the ping-react-native if you want to use this library ping function in new architecture. It's completely rewritten. You can use the library unless you really need to use the getTrafficStats.
The differences are the count argument that has been done in native Kotlin and Objective-C instead of JavaScript setInterval and the event listener method instead of Promise based to get the ping data with the counter.
