Total Antioxidant Capcity Assay - Rcode finagling

I would like to request help with the analysis of a plate based total antioxidant capacity assay.

This colormetric assay is calculated as net absorbance (final reading - initial reading). Samples are interpolated off the curve and the results are then normalized to a protein assay.

@lvandepas , will be testing/running the assay in our lab, but I'd like to request help simplifying the Rcode for our needs - which is just the analysis of a single plate. Are your data files going to be the same as Sam's (i.e. same layout, formatting, sample name formatting, etc)?

I haven't yet figured out what their plate layout is.. can you tell from the Rcode?
