submitting raw seq files to NCBI

working on submitting the raw RNAseq files from my first chapter to NCBI

currently all are on OWL

question from NCBI :
When should this submission be released to the public?

1. Release immediately following processing
2. Release on specified date or upon publication, whichever is first

I'm guessing option 1 is good?
