Broken Link In Docs

Issue Description

In the Model Configuration section of the Incremental by Time Range section of the docs, it links to this file which does not exist in the incremental-demo branch.

There is no incrementals_demo.sql file in the sqlmesh-demos/models/examples folder on the incremental-demo branch of the sqlmesh-demos repo, so I'm inferring that it intends to point at the incremental_model.sql file file.
