Playlist does not set to private #18
Description
Describe the bug
When creating a playlist in the program, even when you set playlist to be created as private, it is created as public
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use any command that creates playlist
- Attempt to create playlist as private
- Public playlist is created instead
Expected behavior
Private playlist is created when you create playlist as private
