<p>RecordMark is a fast, reliable voice recorder with annotations, live transcription, and smart transcript summaries.</p>

<li>Set <strong>input gain</strong> and enable <strong>clip guard</strong> in Settings for clean audio.</li>
<li>Calls: the app automatically <strong>pauses</strong> on incoming calls and <strong>resumes</strong> afterward.</li>
<li>Use <strong>Auto-split</strong> to split long sessions by time or file size.</li>

<h3>No sound in recordings</h3>

<li>Check the <strong>microphone permission</strong> in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.</li>
<li>Ensure input gain isn’t set too low; disable Bluetooth if audio is routed elsewhere.</li>

<h3>Transcription not working</h3>
<ul>
<li>Verify <strong>Speech Recognition</strong> permission is granted.</li>
<li>Try setting a specific language code (e.g., <code>en-US</code>).</li>
</ul>
<h3>Storage full</h3>
<ul>
<li>Delete unneeded recordings or move them to iCloud Drive.</li>
<li>Use M4A (AAC) for smaller files vs. WAV/AIFF.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Can’t restore Pro</h3>
<ul>
<li>Confirm you’re signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.</li>
<li>Tap <strong>Restore Purchases</strong> and wait for the confirmation.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Does RecordMark record phone calls?</strong><br/>No. If a call arrives, the app pauses and resumes afterward.</p>
<p><strong>Where is my data stored?</strong><br/>On your device by default. If you export or use iCloud Drive, storage follows those services.</p>
<p><strong>What languages are supported for transcription?</strong><br/>Any language supported by your device's speech recognition. You can set a BCP‑47 code like <code>en-US</code>.</p>
<p><strong>How do I request data deletion?</strong><br/>Delete recordings and associated files in the app or from Files/iCloud. You can also email support for help.</p>
<p><strong>Refunds?</strong><br/>Handled by Apple via your App Store account.</p>
