Make use of ntheta input variable in code

In the current implementation, ntheta is always defined by nr; see https://github.com/mknaranja/GMGPolar/blob/main/src/create_grid_polar.cpp#L234

If ntheta (and anisotropy in theta) is actually used, we need also to consider: #42
