Getting only white banner as Ads

Hello:
I am trying to integrate this plugin into my project. But I am facing following issues:
1. With default settings I get only white banner
2. If position is changed nothing is shown

I am trying to integrate for PubCenter using Unity3d 4.6.2.

Can you help me in this?
