Improve data sources #2
Description
Currently the skill database is stored in a sqlite database.
The original data source was XIVDB, and more recently webscraping skills from the official site.
Investigate using SaintCoinach or XIVAPI as a better alternative to scraping. Having a json file instead of a sqlite database would simplify things.
n.b. it would be great if it's possible to do this without breaking existing skill urls / however there's currently no versioning scheme in the url.
