first requirement is #135

then create some regex to get the download link, eg

• https://dcw.fairdomhub.org/investigations/13/snapshots/4 -> https://dcw.fairdomhub.org/investigations/13/snapshots/4/download
• https://dcw.fairdomhub.org/investigations/13 -> https://dcw.fairdomhub.org/investigations/13/snapshots/4 (we need to ask stuart for the API?)
