Feature: Fan control interface

- Some devices have basic PWM fans, but a software fan curve -> temp sensor mpa can provide advanced functionality for these devices to control fan curves.
- Some devices provide a sysfs interface with pwm_auto_point_pwm and temp_auto_point_pwm interfaces.
