Using Flask for a file upload

I'm thinking of using Flask for users to add their own course content which can then be automatically rendered using content that they fill in with a form. For now, I'm just seeing how file uploads work with Flask and how that can then integrate with things like Heroku and of course Amplify, for the current hackathon
