Include Recommended Node Version

Went to include this, and it broke because my Node version is not up-to-date so it attempted to grab v4.0.3/node-v79-linux-x64.tar.gz instead of v4.0.3/node-v83-linux-x64.tar.gz on adding the dependency on post install, since I'm on node v13.14.0 normally in my monorepo. Just thought I'd drop a heads up so other people don't run into this issue.
