Pak file support

In the new major version, pak files are no longer supported. There's mostly just locres and some ini files in there.

I can add it back, but I was wondering if anyone actually uses it?

It may invite creators that speak different languages to use this library instead of switching to a completely different coding language or making it their selfs making it harder.
