Use Current Channel or the Monthly Enterprise Channel to access Copilot features

Does anyone know which policy is enforcing the update channel for Office apps. I thought it was this one below but don't see an option to change the update channel.

But also your office app you can choose what channel.

Thanks I added the update channel to Monthly Enterprise Channel in the Win - OIB - SC - Microsoft Office - D - Updates - v3.0 it worked.

Added Microsoft Office 2016 (Machine)/Update > Update Channel > Enabled > Monthly Enterprise Channel
