Minecart Track is pushable #29
Description
This will be a new use for the minecart tracks, detect if the block above the elevator block is a piece of track (possible stevecarts integration) and use that tracks icon to overlay the top of the elevator block.
The end goal of this is to allow say a power rail to be against a wall and a redstone pulse would activate it when the elevator arrives, sending the cart off the elevator
1.lay track
2. begin elevator construction
a. scan for track
b. get top icon, use to over lay camo
c. destroy and store block in elevator nbttags... no TEs (at first atleast)
3. reach destination
a. place elevator block
b. place track on top of block
