installation

$ npm install git+https://github.com/SnakeByteDevelopment/angular2-date-adapter --save

add the following to your app.module.ts:

import {Angular2DateAdapter, DDMMYYYYY_DATE_FORMATS} from '@angular/date-adapter/date-adapter'
...

  providers: [
