Support Linux as a target

Obviously this project is very early days for public usage, but Linux (Wayland) support down the road would be quite appreciated for a cross-platform project :)

Ideally both, the original intention of this issue is as a target (see the Wayland mention).

We're working on supporting more Linux distros for development. Please file a ticket if you see issues in your setup.

I'll leave this open for Linux as a target environment.

The primary focus of this issue was as a target env, so I agree discussion of that should remain here.
