Twistd newer version needed #15

The version dependency on twistd needs to be corrected for the installation here: https://github.com/SoftwareDefinedBuildings/smap/wiki/Installation
At least version 12 does not include TPC6ClientEndpoint which the current version of sMAP require. Upgrading to version 15 solved the issue.
