Inventory session exploration and creation

The goal of the Inventory Session in huron is to be able to create new inventory listing without deleting every occurance of the previous inventory you did in the past.
Navigating through the Inventory Session let you re-downloaded previously performed inventories.

This issue relies on this issue Sprtch/despinassy#6 from despinassy repository.

Add creation of new inventory session and record-keeping to explore the previous session already archived.

Roadmap

• Add a archive button and API endpoint to archive the current inventory session
• Modify inventory API endpoint to work only on the last session
• Modify inventory react model to also keep track of the inventory session
• Navigate through records of previous inventory

The function for the archive button are present in 879b713 but will require admin privilege later.
