Abnormal highlight on two stacks spell with 'Proc glow'

For marksman hunter, you may gain two stacks of Precise shots after casting aimed shot.

You will have multi-shot and arcane shot glow on actionbar (eg BT4).

The second stack with 'proc glow' is now having abnormal highlight.
