Feature request: glow rounded textures

Hi, great lib that simplifies showing various kinds of glows given a frame!

Is it possible to glow a rounded texture?

my addon has these rounded class icons on top of friendly players, and current target shows a yellow highlight border.
I'm trying to make the target more visible, so thinking about doing a glowy border instead of static border.

Is that something that can be done with this lib, and if not, is it possible for it to be added?
