Update Debugging Instructions in User Manual

The User Manual says "The toolbar at the top of the Entities Window allows you to start, stop, and pause behavior execution".

We should explicitly state that when debugging, as part of the engine initialization process the user needs to press the Start button to begin. Engine initialization waits for this to happen.
