API - add SPMeta2 incremental provision support #55
Description
MetaPack.SPMeta2 should support incremental provision as per Implement 'incremental' provision support in SubPointSolutions/spmeta2#553
Should be an additional parameter for the MetaPack.SPMeta2 tool.
