Please add title and summary to nuspec.

Because you have included binary files, I need you to confirm that you have distribution rights, and that you are also the software author.

Also, please include completed tools\VERIFICATION.txt files (as created when you run choco new)

I think there's a typo in the the description. While you're there, it would be helpful to expand it a bit more to describe what MetaPack actually is.
