Codex doesn't work with 3.4.1

Now, I know something like this is to be expected, since you haven't written a version for 3.4.1 yet, but when I go into the database, there's nothing displayed there. Just a box.

So, clearly that's not the problem. Could you please fix this?

Update: I installed the addon BugGrabber and it kept showing this error:

I don't know what this error message means, but it must have something to do with this addon. Could you please help me?
