ChunkError after new web build is deployed

Expected Behavior

Users should never see the Chunk Error. When new code is available, they should get the newest code.

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Compass in the browser, going to the day view
2. Deploy web build
3. Change views to the week view
4. The chunk error appears
5. Refresh page
6. Error disappears and app renders like normal

Possible Solution

Ensure we simulate this scenario in web tests and validate it works
