GenBank/FASTA converters do not work with multiple ranges #600
Description
The GenBank/FASTA converters do not offset the ranges correctly when there are multiple ranges. Probably the best solution would be create a method to flatten out Components into a single CD, then convert that to GenBank or FASTA.
