Tutorial improvements

Notes from @tcmitchell from the IWBDA'22 tutorial:

1. Make the necessary files easily accessible. For example, post requirements.txt and tutorial.ipynb to a slack channel. Or have a download on the community media site for just those files. The community media repo is huge and very slow to clone. this was a significant stumbling block for participants.
2. What are the true dependencies of the tutorial? PySBOL3 can work with Python 3.7, but a dependency of the tutorial depends on python pdf which does not appear to work with python 3.7. So what is the minimum version of python needed to run the tutorial?

’ll enhance the tutorial by:

Adding a new section titled “Working with SubComponents” to cover creating and manipulating SubComponent objects.
Expanding the “Saving SBOL Documents” section to include examples of multiple file formats (RDF/XML, Turtle, JSON-LD).
Providing complete, executable code snippets with explanations.
Updating the Sphinx source file (assumed to be doc/source/tutorial.rst) and ensuring it builds correctly.

Step-by-Step Resolution

1. Locate the Tutorial File
   The tutorial is likely in doc/source/tutorial.rst. If it’s split across multiple files, we’ll assume a single file for simplicity.
2. Add “Working with SubComponents” Section
   Purpose: Teach users how to create a SubComponent within a Component to represent hierarchical designs (e.g., a promoter within a plasmid).
   Content: Include a simple example of a plasmid containing a promoter as a SubComponent.

@aryan0931 this issue is likely out of date. The SBOL Notebooks repository now houses tutorial code. It would be a valuable exercise to walk through the "getting started" tutorial there to make sure it is working properly.

As a side note, this issue is referring to the tutorial in https://github.com/SynBioDex/Community-Media/tree/master/2022/IWBDA22 . We had some challenges when giving that tutorial, hence this issue. The "SBOL Notebooks" repository was designed to overcome those challenges.

If the tutorial in "SBOL Notebooks" works then this issue is resolved.
