icWGCNA will crash is registerDoMC run before

If registerDoMC is run before icwgcna the user will get the following message:

Error in as.vector(.Call(Rfast_col_means, x)) : 
  object 'Rfast_col_means' not found

We should document this issue in the icwgcna function at a minimum.
