Scripts needed: Random inputs over linear range

This script should set all the operating parameters to random values over their linear range and capture HK data of the outputs. The intent is to verify that each operating parameter remains linear over it's output range, no matter what condition the other inputs are in.
This script will have to take into account that many of the parameters are determined by the settings of other parameters (derived parameters).
