Tutorial #2 #3 needs update

The both tutorial is now hard coded. It opens a specific file and do the tutorial on it. Try make an hidden file that is for tutorial.

I'm temporarily removing Tutorials 2 & 3 (HTML commenting them out)... Recently I removed all pre-existing documents and it ended up breaking 2 & 3...

They needed to be re-written regardless... They would be really nice to have though... So I'm keeping this issue at [HIGH] Priority.
