Any chance you can move the IRC GUI to Modpack Tweaks?

I'd like to use the IRC GUI because I'm going to be adding EiraIRC to connect my modpack users to my channel. It'd be nice if this could be added to Modpack Tweaks, so they can enable/disable on first launch.

EiraIRC has a native modpack confirmation screen now, so this might not be necessary anymore.
