Bug/Exploit: Players can use placeholders in custom commands

Tested this without OP / admin perms. Pretty bad exploit I'd say, considering some placeholders may display sensitive information or even impact gameplay.

Perhaps a config option to toggle whether players can insert placeholders should be added.

There is a placeholder here specifically designed to solve this problem, you can to include everything entered by the player to avoid this issue (Example: "{raw:[1]}")

In the early stages of designing this feature, this plugin was actually able to avoid this problem. However, due to the fact that the functionality of LCE relies heavily on command interaction and "Highly customizable". After considering multiple options, I ultimately chose to develop this functional placeholder solution. And retain the mechanism of automatically parsing all placeholders (leaving it up to the user to decide where no more placeholders will be parsed)
