Switch XLIFF indentation from tabs to 2 spaces #1908

Story
As a developer, I want our coding standards to be as close as to what the TYPO3 Core does so that developers can switch between projects more easily.
Acceptance criteria
- In our
.editorconfig, indentation for XLF files is now set to two spaces (instead of tabs). - All XLF files are indented with 2 spaces (using autoformatting).
