Running batchalign to align transcripts + audio- mor error

Hello, we are trying to automatically align existing CLAN transcripts with audio using the Align feature. We have been trying to do this through Rev AI.

We are receiving the following error messages " Lengths of main and mor tiers are unaligned".

However, the number of morphemes in our main tier and on the %mor tier are the same. We thought the problem was that our transcripts did not have UD tagging, but we had the same issue arise.

When we remove the %mor tier, we are able to align the audio and transcript, but are hoping there is a way to do this without having to delte the %mor tier for all our transcripts.

Tracy, When I get this error, I just use the CLAN TRIM program to remove the the %wor tier, if the transcript has one and then run align. Sometimes, I even remove the main line bullets using the cstring +cbullets.cut command.
