Message text does not move up after applying moving up in video editor

Description

I'm trying to move up the message text of existing message (editing the message) under the video content

Expected Behavior

Message text is above the video

Actual Behavior

Message text is under the video

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold on the message
2. Choose "edit message"
3. Choose "boxes" in the left down corner
4. Choose video editor
5. Move up the message text in video editor
6. Save changes
