Is there any way to get a list of filtered signals?

Is there a way to have a list of signals (like "recent signals") with options to filter them?
Maybe it's possible with Insight Board with TQL, but how can I do that?

Also, if that can be done, what would be great is :
From the signal types list, if I click on an item, it will show a list of recent signals of that specific signal type.
