Customers with Github Credentials don't have email addresses

When a customer registers via GitHub instead of email, GitHub sometimes does not present their email address, which is bad because we need to send them updates when their plan is used up or their subscription changes.

• Option A: Find out if we can require the email from github
• Option B: Manually ask customers for their email and verify it
