Nav1Menu change

Nav1 should get another name and the same with each Nav1List.
Apps is not needed. Instead we show each Trigger.
Groups will only complicate things for both user and developer.
Instead tags can be added to triggers to sort the list into groups.

The list will first show groups of triggers with tags, then it will show the untagged triggers below.
User can optionaly show list ungrouped.

Upon selection, it expands and show the list of triggers.
