[BUG] File manager files are not synced after creating new file

Troubleshooting

• I have reviewed opened and closed issues
• I have tried restarting the application

The Problem

After creating new file via file manager UI, the file itself is created on server, but then not listed in files.

Refresh button do not helps at all. Even change destination (go to sub-folder, ...) and go back - nope.

The only thing that works is logout–clear cookies-login and then that file is part of the files.

It looks like that the request is somehow cached, because it do not feels like an updated list of files after file creation.

Issue is not in linux permissions, because file is created normally via UI without issues.

How to Reproduce

1. Open some folder in file manager
2. Create new file with some name
3. File is created on server, but not listed in files

Additional Context

It was working ok on 1.9.0 - then I updated to 1.11.0 and it started this issue.

Also discovered that when I open file manager (not the same folder, just some start point → create file in terminal → open in file manager → file is also missing in view
