Update readme.md and/or write a small doc on how to use this #5

Over the time, I updated the whole declerations more and more.
I tweaked them so much now, that there will be little to no more room to improve the declerations overall.
I do plan to write inline Code-Comments which are (even now!) will be carried on with my Backend-Parse (the thing which generates the *.d.ts-Files). This can them be used as a reference-sheet.
But overall its hard and overwhelming to get started with all of this.
A little "getting started" Tutorial would be insanely Helpful. Especially for those who dont know how to get into Script-Creation for PixInsight and or TypeScript.
