Custom field when integrating or after installed

• I checked for similar issues beforehand, but could not find any. I could not add my proposal to any existing issue.
• I am going to take the time to to fill in all the required details. I know that the bug report will be dismissed otherwise.

Feature description

Would be nice if instead of just prompted to "just launch" or "integrate", we could customize the apps first like its name, tags, icons, where to put the appimage, etc.

Proposed solution

I think there's to ways to do it :

1. Ask the user to modify the fields name when integrating
2. Allow user to edit the integrated apps

Additional context

All appimage apps (maybe not all) has version number next to it. To me, it looks bad. When i search for an app in my Linux Mint, not one apps has version number next to it but appimage. So to make it uniform, we should be able to put our own name for those appimages.
