Variable meta_absorption not working

Confirmation:

• My server is supported by MagicSpells.
• This bug occurs on PaperMC itself, not just its forks which I might be using.

Intended outcome:

Changing the variable meta_absorption to add , set or remove of a player to add heart of absorption

Actual outcome:

No absorption heart are added,removed or set to player player selected or caster of spell

unless you have modified your minecraft variable with this command /attribute 8VTingrev minecraft:generic.max_absorption base set 10

but now does clear the heart with the end absorption effects

Reproduction steps:

./ms variable modify meta_absorption 8VTingrev =10

or

wiki_test_bug_meta_absorption :
spell-class: ".instant.DummySpell"
variable-mods-cast:
- meta_absorption =10

Errors:

There no errors
