Add one-click sizing option

I'd really love to have the ability to select certain sizes at one click, rather than having to make a bunch of clicks and then drag the slider to get, for example .380m for several tanks in a row to match aerobee parts. Perhaps a "show ui" like real fuels, and then a list of configured sizes/buttons to click. Sizes could be specified in a config file. For bonus points, pre-configured sizes, then a divider, then tooled sizes...

How is it that the current preset sizes (e.g. 1.25, 2.5, 3.75) are defined? Can't find it anywhere in the PP files. Is it hard-coded?
