Update a few tools in SmartOS GZ Tools

Hello,

Would it be possible to upgrade or add these two packages, already present in SmartOS GZ Tools with older versions?

• emacs upgraded to 30.1
• ksh to ksh93-1.0.10

I came here to plea for ksh93-1.0.10 in the GZ too. We have a few scripts that run on the GZ that rely on bugs beings fixed from ksh 93u+ (20120801).

emacs-30.2 is now available, ksh will be shortly (it should have been part of the latest build but I accidentally typo'd the pkgpath).
