Formatting Toolbar is not appearing for Code block

Describe the bug
FormattingToolbar is not appearing for Code block content, and also when code block is within selected blocks

To Reproduce
Steps:

1. Go to https://www.blocknotejs.org/examples/theming/code-block
2. Select code block content
   Result: FormattingToolbar is not appearing

FormattingToolbar is appearing normally for other blocks:

The issue is observed on the latest BlockNote version
