Use release-please and the release-please-action to manage the semantic version bump and changelog generation.
Release please creates release PRs when fix or feature commits are merged to main, u can leave the PR open and it will accumulate entries. It takes advantage of conventional-commits, like semantic-release did in the past
Really nice flow to consider. This is just a suggestion.
